The current state of the company is deeply concerning with massive losses largely from the Indian management.The Indian Management is plagued by corruption bringing own their consultants and vendors who are excessively paid while contributing nothing to the company. The Indian management has been implicated in covering serious issues like POSH violations and incidents of women harrassment at work.These matters were allegedly swept under the rug through financial settlements which raises serious ethical and legal concerns. Toxic work environment. there are no clear policies and standard practises in place leading to an environment wherein employees who are engaged in flattery and sycophancy are the ones benefitting. Meritocracy is non existent in company as annual increments are far below market standards. culture is worse than Lala company culture as it is been run by single individual appointed by the German management. The favouritism extends to hiring, increments where only those who curry with the management are rewarded further demoralising the workforce. At the operational level plant is run with non standard and corrupt activities which are contributing to the inefficiency and declining of business. The parent company in Germany seems disinterested in Indian business and now offering very little financial support. Without financial support from parent company Indian business is on the brink of collapse and unlikely to survive. Employees are forced to give 5 star ratings and good reviews while working. HR is told to report genuine and true reviews and remove them ambition box platform by reporting them.

The Indian Management is one man show - MD. It’s all about his likes and dislikes. There are no standard rules and protocols. If you deny following the dictatorship and being part of the unethical activities, he try every tectic to bring your moral down. Employees become victim of harassment and they try to shadow such cases. The company’s culture and business growth is poor under his leadership.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology like CBG produced with straw material.I loved the fact that i am a part of this comapny.Especially this company is German based company and our company technology is laso German yrchnology .Another plus point is that my colleague come from varioius culture background and we works happily in collaboration.

Nothing is dislike now bcz company is in growing mode then cant say is duslike in this company now bcz now always gud and comfort zone
