1. Work Quality Most of the works are on products bought by Deloitte to support its business, hence you will either be providing L1/L2 Support or Cloud Support. May be some enhancement, but never a scratch development. 2.Internal Mobility is a sham, and is applicable to Deloitte Audit/Enabling Areas. You cannot apply for Deloitte Consulting. Most of the places are filled with internal connections. As Deloitte doesn't needs technical people. They need people with the right mindset, that is you know how to butter. In case they need technical people they will get a contractor. 3. HR/Talent-- Working in IT industry for such a long time, i expected Deloitte to be a professional firm, but Deloitte is an archipelago of companies and each company has its own HR Group, and if your part of Enabling areas, these HR cannot even crack CMMI 3 interviews. Hence the people experience in Deloitte is more superficial than actual HR experience. 4. Integrity -- Its an external platform Deloitte uses to handle People related issue. Cases exceeds for more than 6 months with 0 effectiveness. 5. Promotion is based on how many Linkedin Likes you have done against your Stakeholders post.

Nothing to dislike. Just sometimes Firm work gets overwhelming ( Pressure to do something impactful for good rating)

The company has a learning culture and invests in it employees on this aspect. You have a good work life balance and the management is supportive of the well-being of the employees.

The compensation is decent but the growth takes a little while.

US culture is good with lots of travel opportunities. Compensation prior to Covid was good.

Dislikes

If you working in US office, its really good. Work culture sucks in india offices. It all depends on how you market yourself even though beneath you, you lacking all technical skills. Few people becomes favorite to leadership and will get all the good stuff while others left behind. Its the scale they are growing making them almost a service level company. If you want to move to US or do masters, join this company else dont even think about it.
