There is no respect the sincere & hard working.There are many Non tech people in the company who are the informer to the MD. MD believe in only his fixed informers. No respect to the technical capability. No system. If we follow the system, they force to break, they question after completing the work saying why you done & how can you do? No respect to the customers. They ignore customer requirements. They don't bother for Quality issues. If we highlight the root cause, we are the culprits that we are highlighting & raising the issues.We are good if we do MD's people rather doing our own work. MD force to do his own people's work & later blame us. I am working as Sr. Manager, but I have to do listing, Paper work, giving the list & updates to MD's people, Preparation of quotes, Making the quotation format, submission to customers, negotiation, finalization, project execution, arranging the meeting, making MOM, followup with customer, response & reply to RFQ, telling lies to cust. preparing Time plan, submitting to cust, preparing the status of project with photos weekly for all projects, system implementation, Taking care of ISO system, training to the non technical people, supplier development, getting the quotes from suppliers, quote finalisation, follow up with suplier, material procurement, packing & dispatch to cust, attending customer complaints, preparing the 8D report. submitting to cust, discussion with cust to resolve quality issues, CAD data study for feasibility, preparing ppt, sending to cust, discussion with cust & resolve the tech issues, monitoring the manufacturing, etc......

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
