I wanted to share my concerns about the HR practices ar during my time there and even after I resigned and left, I had some issue with the HR representative made me feel uncomfortable and delivine. In particular I feel that HR representative was UN professional and unresponsive to employee concern, I also feel that they prioritized their own interest over the welfare the employees I advise anyone working with the company to be cautious ,before making a decision it's it is the important to examine the company culture and HR practices, perhaps the company could benifits from reevaluating ther HR processes and making sure employees feel supported and valued, Otherwise would be better to terminate him from the company Note:- HR is still my creditor

I am writing to bring to your notice a serious concern regarding the human development sector. It has come to my attention that the manager of this department was responsible for laying off a large number of employees and they are now in the process of hiring new employees. I humbly request that the officials on the surface of the company will conduct an investigation in this matter. I hope that the above authorities will review the activities of the Human Development Department Manager. I request you to take necessary steps to resolve this situation, including removing the manager from their position.

Flexible timing, MD visions is very good. MD Sir is very good he always focus on good quality and safety, he always tell to do work with quality and safety let the project delay but don't compromise on quality and safety..but middle management like GM, Purchase Manager do politics and support to contractors and they don't even bother about quality and safety..

General manager is has bad attitude, if we don't listen to him he will target to employees, worst contractors.GM Will support to contractors only, there is no values for employees works, if contractors said for day is night GM will say employees to say night only..GM will give first priority given to contract. He won't tolerate a single word against contractors, bcoz of the GM & Contractors employees left the job.. NOTE:- No job security..GM Will tell employees directly not to come to site from Tommorow Pls mark my work GM is more dangerous if you want to join this company make sure that you have to listen to Contractors word., Contractors bring NMR & Unskilled workers to execute the work.. Being a client/builders we need to work under worst contractors...

One of the worst and weaker site team management ever faced. Mainly VP he don't know anything about how site activities will happen. No design knowledge, No site work flow knowledge, Don't know how to handle a site team. He works like a dictator with having two disciples GM & Procurement manger. Both are never ever raise a concern to VP and think to support the site team. Worst working experience.

Good Work culture & maintain good quality in construction. Mainly HO team listen to site team issues and solutions . Timely giving salaries and parties in office and out side of the office

Job Guaranty was not good because less projects at present and slow progress in site mainly focusing in one site
