Office hours are strictly from 8:30 AM, with no official end time. Only your in-time is recorded by the employer, not your out-time. Cost-cutting measures are mostly applied to site staff, while managers enjoy all the benefits. The harsh reality of the company becomes apparent only after you join. This is the situation in the construction industry.
