They don't know what is recruitment all they care about joiners, if u cant able to give 1 joiners for month they will start target and give u mental pressure and make you leave, poor infrastructure and all broken chairs you will get back pain soon we have raised a complaint regarding this the HR department didn't even care about that i dont know why there is an HR dept to support management Mr. Balaji employees are leaving the Job because of your Nepotism Hire good employees not your relatives doesn't have knowledge on recruitment and improve your office infrastructure and buy some chairs

Very worst management. Full of internal politics. Talented people were laid off and show off people still working. There is no job security, at any point of time they ask to relieve. No work life balance. Managers behavior is worst like hell, they won't listen to u at all. They can scold badly and talk whatever they want. If we complaint means they will target us pressurize us and make us to go away from the company. Please dont join here specially in HR department.

It was a nice place to start my internship journey, as I got to learn about the operations of the HR department in detail and it gave me an idea about how my skills can be used.

I worked in Vega for nearly 1 year but it was a pathetic experience for me. People not at all talk to each other with respect. Your seniors always treat you like a slave. No work-life balance. I agree that business is important but at some point we need good talks, good relationship, nice people as well. But in Vega everything is so negative that no one is happy who is working there. I had a blast experience there with Ankita Halder and livingston. Everyone looks for there own only, and pull you down only. They say working after 6.30 is just stretching yourselt a bit, but they make you work for 12 hrs. Pathetic place to work.

Dislikes

Co-worker who think that they are boss there and you are there slave only. They speak rudely. Sometimes it depresses you very hard. But no one cares.

Here in this company everyone will talk in tamil only no one will be seen communicating in English basically account managers don’t know how to explain issues also , they want to showcase company as corporate but there TL’s itself don’t know what’s the meaning of corporate structure coming to work culture very pathetic , inner politics even promotion’s will also provided to ppl who are very veryy close to delivery heads , coming to clients handling TLs don’t even try to talk with HRs about the problem facing by the candidates , so many people will join and leaving the company immediately so that u can have an idea how pathetic work culture is .
