They are working with implementation partners with low pay rates, and expectations are high as they want you to pull submissions. Deepesh the head is is always shouting at you, managers and high profile officials are always engaging with the new talents here (only females) as a female you will travel the space on rocket, males have to walk, currently all rockets are female only. If this data is wrong, please spend atleast 4 months in this office.

Dislikes

You are treated like a school going kid, lol You can be asked to leave if you don't perform as expected (within 2 months of joining) No yearly appraisal even when you have performed You will be asked to work from office even when you have a good experience Zero trust on employees

Basically these are contractors hence completely depends on the clients work culture. Recently i am working here as full remote. Only this is the best part.
