Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... Interesting sector (food processing). Good financial growth if performing well. Good annual bonuses (~1 month salary).

Too much office politics. No proper HR policies. Policies keep on changing every month. Poor work environment. No AC in office - horrible conditions during summer months. Favouritism by the owner towards a few employees. No growth in designation as its a small organisation (35 people).

Third class all 3 ladies HR, Third class Owner (rather owner don't have the class). Money saving company no AC, no Fan, toxic culture, too much politics, unsafe for ladies. Owner need to closed the company ASAP.

No proper HR policy and company policy. Operates like roadside lala chhap company. Very poor work environment. Office politics at its peak. Partiality towards some employees. No training and development. No career growth. No job security. Employees are bound by legal bond documents and threatened by HR all the time. If someone is reading this, please don't join this company. It will ruin your career.
