They over utilize your capability .They compel you to do 3 men work at a time else you would be asked to leave the job and go somewhere else . This company is good for learner and damn bad company for those who are seeking good life . You will be considered man cum machine . No emotion, relation will be maintained but they will show off too much about their employee's growth development and welfare but inner truth is that they just show off to the world . Come in the Vedanta group to grab opportunity and fame for your career and leave the company as soon as possible . this is the best way of working here . Never sign Bond with them they are vampire of the industrial world.

Everything is bad accept of salary and their name . You will be treated badly . No respect, no peace , you would have to give reason for not only work rather for each minute of your work. This will ruin your mental peace you may even think many times to kick off their Job . This is the way they are treating with people. Work life is worse there. No Job security at all for executives . Work man are safe due to unions.

Pathetic organization... Only initial package is good which attract many good students. If u have MBA plans after initial work exp. then u can go for it just for period for 2-3 years otherwise Its impossible to work there

Environment ,working culture , location , career stagnation , management(too many big guns very few employee ). In short Not a organisation to have ur carrer with.

...e work locations in hills & jungles where interactive ETA connectivity is worst. There is shift concept, no extra pay for night shift.

Promotion and salary hike is very low for BP employee. Also not facility of leave and food facility for BP employee
