the worst company I ever came across, They do not have projects firing after 3 months, one cannot stay more than an year or two. Poor hikes

The salary hikes are minimal, and the work environment is akin to a school, requiring permission for short breaks. The extreme micromanagement is stressful, and there are very few leaves. Basic insurance, tax-saving options, cab services, and medical facilities are all lacking. Broadband bills are not reimbursed. Labor department, please help. This is the most hostile work environment I have encountered. Women are not treated well here, with extended hours, weekend work, and frequent midnight calls.

...entary off. But they will praise u orally for supporting. No trust on employees. No additional benefit apart from salary. When fallen ill or during family emergency no support is provided, take leave or do loss of payment. More time is spent by management on micromanagement. Even if u need to go home 30 mins early, u must take lead permission. Extreme level of micromanagement. No basic term life benefits or parental. Poor leave policy. Salary hikes are not good, in the beginning they were , now once they hired lot of people hikes are below standards. Recruiters from supporting agencies like quadrangle only lie about the company and annoy with extreme follow ups so that they get the money

Vearc history: this company is run by non technical leaders who gave very good salary during covid3 bubble for Many candidates from MNcs like Tcs infosys to attract talent, not very talented people, It clearly reflects But now quality is down. No learning as per the market standards They encourage by giving 750 rupees Udemy course lol. CTOs of portfolios are highly inexperienced, and incapable of leading. Always a lot of work and during appraisal it's compared with HCL lol. Leaders are Highly inefficient and extremely good at micromanagement. You need take permission of you need to spend more time in washroom lol. One Vice president being in such position khow's more about how much a lady employee under him spends in washroom rather than any technical idea. Clearly this is a Hell When these management people dies they surely go to hell but people at hell would be rather scared or shocked to see them because these people are that much worst. Quadrangle HRs are paid to lie , it's easily understandable While joining they take u for lunch munch etc only to deceive you
