Company policy is well but as in every company. ..the piller of every company is the ground people who actually dealing to customer that person have getting less salary.. like mechanic service advisor who facing lots of challenge to handle the customer issues....but they don't have getting returned for their work..need to change the payment structure...

Payment structure, management not taken accountability.

Just salary on 1st of month. That's the only good part. If you don't know work and no knowledge of vehicles you are dealing you can do great here. Just have to give ego massage

Dislikes

They keep their service manager on offroll and on joining they say it will be on roll job in 3 months. Always on politics and no authority to service manager considering they run the workshop for the company. HRs don't respond to your mails or calls and reporting managers are inexperienced having no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and servicing. Always and daily office politics. Not a good environment to work for a person who wants to contribute but excellent place for the people who can only mail and shout.

A lot of learning opportunities, friendly atmosphere, open culture where you can reach out to senior management for anything and thought leadership in the industry

Dislikes

Pay at a lower management position is low wrt industry standards and lack of extra curricular activities & outings

Likes

Mid level person can take decision frequently of allocated work.

Dislikes

No any appropriation of completed task and no any salary band same level person having to much different range. Rotation of work not happening so person feel bored to do same work from long time.

Likes

Apart from salary being on time and there being some level of OEM exposure, there are no real positives.

Dislikes

Working late is a norm, add that to 1 hour of travel time basically you have no life left. Training is lacking and things always show up last minute.
