I have learnt many things as a fresher, but very disappointed about company salary and heavy torcher life..

Work life balance is nill Compared to others bossism too heavy! Even though management looks good, hard workers are not identified properly!!

...ployees tend move away from politics which is not good for the work environment. As a very young company being only a decade old (after JV with Volvo group) the compensation and variable pay is far better than its competitors and career growth is very much visible in the organisation itself after 5 years. I would write in bold but the app doesn't allow me, it is a 5 day working organization which gives maximum points in the work-life balance header.

I would not say anything that I dislike because those things are always a part of corporate culture. Nothing notably negative.

...pportive and approachable , you can directly call even MD to share your concern. Good pay master among all commercial vehicles companies. Only company in CV industry in India which is profitable.

Only salary on time...i am working here from last 3 years no appraisal.. only pressure and work load for off roll employees.

Working here as a offroll employee.. they only increase work load. No appraisal from last 3 years. No training given to you.. they only take review..
