In VECV No job security, Work culture is best, management team is best, Company policies is very good other than Company.

Salary is good but career growth is slow.When we completed the training this company not provide job security for trainee employes.

VEprefer only diploma candidates mostly.I saw employees who work there more than 5 years who are permanent but still not know proper responsibilities.not aware about gauges....what about BE/Btech candidates?

...rting and the management is transparent... There is a huge cafeteria and gaming.appraisal are fair and they give good salary but not given bonus in eveyyear

Nothing is to be for like. Only salary credit in account on time if no RGP is pending otherwise it will hold.

Each and everything in VECav Dewas is worst. Uncultured, no system only dectator ship. Management monopoly. Hiring for you as per your skill but the didn't use and utilize you in no valuable activities. At the time of appraisal they judge on you profile not as per defined job. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength.
