- Top manufacturing company - GOOD PRODUCT VISIBILITY -big organisation and many people’s dream company - no Multi tasking and everyone has its own responsibilities

Dislikes

- There is no connection between Volvo and VECV - totally Indian culture been followed - the salary which mentioned in the offer letter and in hand will be vary (they will never share the breakup) - you will get only 10 public holidays in a year - there is no composition for the Saturday and Sunday works - no process been followed - no work life at the company

...exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Having a job with 50% less pay is better than this. Top management not at all listens to new people specially campus hires dont come to this organization they will fool you in name of volvo. No career growth , no respect

Nothing is there to like worst culture, worst people eicher engineering component have leaders who don't beleive in listening just use abusive words with youngsters and try to make the work , lots of fraud is going on in name of hiring they hire any people at any grade no parity, hr team is helpless ...they don't promote to new ideas and life for campus hires is worst #campus hires dont join volvo ....,hr ,business head, and plant head all are worst no culture, even hr is helpless plant head and business heads don't even listen to them...

Just salary on 1st of month. That's the only good part. If you don't know work and no knowledge of vehicles you are dealing you can do great here. Just have to give ego massage

Dislikes

They keep their service manager on offroll and on joining they say it will be on roll job in 3 months. Always on politics and no authority to service manager considering they run the workshop for the company. HRs don't respond to your mails or calls and reporting managers are inexperienced having no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and servicing. Always and daily office politics. Not a good environment to work for a person who wants to contribute but excellent place for the people who can only mail and shout.

Company is very excellent , he always pay the attention to our worker.

Dislikes

There are highly posted person is not doing properly work, they are misuse the company worker time & he is doing our personal work in office time. There are no any person who can stop this activities. I don't like of this type culture.
