Just salary on 1st of month. That's the only good part. If you don't know work and no knowledge of vehicles you are dealing you can do great here. Just have to give ego massage

They keep their service manager on offroll and on joining they say it will be on roll job in 3 months. Always on politics and no authority to service manager considering they run the workshop for the company. HRs don't respond to your mails or calls and reporting managers are inexperienced having no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and servicing. Always and daily office politics. Not a good environment to work for a person who wants to contribute but excellent place for the people who can only mail and shout.

...or personal interest by managers. Worst in market in terms of appraisal process. You have to resign to get salary revisions. The midlevel managers are in same location for 15+ years and so they run their own rule. HR department itself has least retention...so you can understand the employee satisfaction.

...e and management are supportive.some game and social activities done in company.policies are good, appraisal are neet and clean,they give good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but as career growth is slow . every company have some political issue that is not effect on my working activities.

Work Life balance - Company needs to find out way to get relaxation to their employees in off days.

No growth in 3rd party pay roll. Please not join 3rd party payroll. Actually 1st time when you join in 3rd party party the interviewer told u , u will pay roll in 6 month. But will work with 3 years but no progress.
