...or M 02 (Assistant manager) and below level, no work life balance no weekly off. Nepotism in company if your father is working as GM in varun beverages then you will definitely achieve promotion and good salary otherwise you will struggle.

...e is a huge canteen,officer's mess,engineer mess and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good,salary hike and bonus every year.

Here no senior allows any junior to progress, like people who have been working for 10 years work here but they are never allowed to get promoted because they promote their own people

The company culture is poor, with too much politics between manager and staffs . Operators are not following the instructions of the staff. The management and HR department also fail to hold operators decipline. Manager also not supportive to staffs
