Only thing is our boss is senior manager is coparative but no one care about the difficulty start from low level to high, And other good thing does not exist here

Third party pay, No appraisal, incentive, staff is very poor, poor office conditions, no promotions, Don't care about employees, no pick and drop, Worst management and system, not any other benefits only epfo and esic is their but HR department does Listening employees problem and requirements. Every department head just want here to harassed you no one care about the ground level difficulties and you will be the reason for same if work not happen
