For these thing abusing language always casteism/community haters asm specially unnao asm only caste politics is the main survival in kanpur/unnao specially

Politics is important and prior rather than working in the front next level management. if you are favourite for you senior then working is no important in this Lala type Culture Organisation. Very Poor Culture and 0% chance of Career Growth. VBL has done many manpower lay off in this Crucial Covid 19 Situation and does not have the any Moral values about Humanity. HR, Mr Amritanshu Mishra know nothing about his position and role.

Internal politics, ASM hypocrisy, no appreciation of your work, working time, There is a fixed time to come office but for going home there is no fixed timing. 10pm is normal time to go home working hours as per HR is 7-8 hours but ASM will stop you till he want.
