Company is good as they are giving good salary /appraisals, travel benefits etc. But some of senior managements are given abuse/bad words when any Empl has not perform in a single months.But company CEO, MD, hr and all other seniors teams are very good and helpful.

If due to any circumstances or company policy changes, any employee has not performed up to the bench mark then some of seniors are using very bad word s and also gave the very cronic pressure .Also haressed very high. And also threat by saying that we will spread negativity about resigned employee in market even if we have done our work very sincerly. I have always a good performed from my joining .

...erformance employees who have been kept just as a showpiece and are a check box. They keep getting hike and bonus for doing nothing just because management wants to keep them. Everyone is deeply involved in top notch politics and you just can't have peace. New joiners are tortured by old school group who are here in the Company since long time and if you don't bow down,they will ensure to make your life hell everyday. Even management supports these old school group and they can do anything here. There is no justice for honest and hardworking employees.They play favouritism during appraisal too. Please don't join this Company if you don't like to oil people unnecessarily and believe in hardwork. They spoil career and mental well-being.

Full Politics,Toxic Environment, Playing games with each other. 2-4 employees are the reason for this work culture. Even though the management is aware, No body takes any action on them. Worst team to work with. Resignations are flowing due to this work environment. Please avoid this organisation for your mental peace.

...he employees and team members, mangers are very professional and helping nature. Salary structure is also good. Overall things are good to work in Varthana Finance and it's a best place to work.

We have a good time to enjoy with family not only weekend, We can enjoy everyday if working in Varthana. 5 days working in this company and this is too wealthy for employee who manage his work life balance.

There are no any circumstances to dislike. Everything is good but sometimes have to convey for the bonus and appraisal need to going on a right way.
