Company is good as they are giving good salary /appraisals, travel benefits etc. But some of senior managements are given abuse/bad words when any Empl has not perform in a single months.But company CEO, MD, hr and all other seniors teams are very good and helpful.

If due to any circumstances or company policy changes, any employee has not performed up to the bench mark then some of seniors are using very bad word s and also gave the very cronic pressure .Also haressed very high. And also threat by saying that we will spread negativity about resigned employee in market even if we have doneour work very sincerly. I have always a good performed from my joining ....Read More

The comapny is open to innovation and readily adopts latest policyes and another plus point is policy knowledge improvement , so i like very much working with vathana . Our collegues is coming from different various cultural back grounds and we work like happly in collbration. i also like the employee in Varthana.

Genarally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have look after the product it's means ( Loan) selling nd recovery , Know at present iam handling 3 disticts . All travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes, it will be a great learninig exp.
