...ons. Online courses for self development. Limited the travel of their employees. Also very less salary deduction was done and salary was always transferred on time. Excellent Indian MNC

Nothing as such. Company always takes care of its employees. A Bit of sales pressure is there but that's because of market slowdown due to Covid and winter season.

a) 3 month unwanted notice period mandatory to serve after maneger approval for one month. Short fall days payout facility not available. b) Year end review not based on performance c) It's based on politics, bad work Culture d) Canteen facility very poor e) punch in time very strictly and it's deducted from leaves. f) Not working as job profile g) Not any training provided h) 2 time layoff by varroc in one month and no any advance information i) No based on system work

1. Worst company culture 2. Less knowledged superiors 3. Egoistic higher officials 4. Worst HR culture 5. Any time they can fire anyone if higher people has vengeance on someone 6. Worst job structure 7. No hygiene food and toilets 8. No proper hike 9. No job security

Likes

Varroc is a good employer with good work culture. Flexible work hours, on time salary, peer respect. People and management are supportive. Lots of learning across various engineering disciplines. Good interactions with plant and corporate to make experience more rewarding.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not at par with industries. Need more projects / order to increase job security. No international exposure for ordinary employees.
