As a 10th grade student, the In-house on-the-job #trainings and cross functional work allotments, helped me to gain a strong #knowledge about the business process and functions. In the year of 2013, I needed to take 2 years #break in my career due to marriage and #maternity. Considering the safe work environment for women and employee centric company policies like #suggestion and #feedback, fully #subsidised food and transport for all gave me a feeling of inclusiveness which made me to take a decision to rejoin Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited after my career break. I found the new role very familiar as I applied the knowledge gathered during my on-the-job training.
