As a 10th grade student, the In-house on-the-job #trainings and cross functional work allotments, helped me to gain a strong #knowledge about the business process and functions. In the year of 2013, I needed to take 2 years #break in my career due to marriage and #maternity. Considering the safe work environment for women and employee centric company policies like #suggestion and #feedback, fully #subsidised food and transport for all gave me a feeling of inclusiveness which made me to take a decision to rejoin Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited after my career break. By recognising my previous contribution and experience, Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited gave me an opportunity to rejoin and provided me an additional role and responsibilities to take care of #admin activities. I found the new role very familiar as I applied the knowledge gathered during my on-the-job training. Vandewiele-Savio recognised and rewarded me with “The best employee of the year” on 2021 for my performance during the #covid pandemic. This boosted my #motivation and #passion towards my work in Vandewiele – Savio.
