Education: SSLC, HSC, ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree
Salary: ₹13,000/month onwards
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. CNC/VMC/HMC Operator (10 Positions)

• Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines efficiently.
  
• Load and unload components, ensuring proper alignment.
  
• Perform basic quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
  
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
  
• Follow safety protocols and maintain 5S standards.
  

2. CNC/VMC/HMC Programmer (10 Positions)

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for machining operations.
  
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
  
• Conduct trial runs and adjust programs to ensure accuracy.
  
• Use CAD/CAM software for program generation.
  
• Minimize material wastage and ensure high-quality output.
  

3. CNC/VMC/HMC Setter (10 Positions)

• Set up and calibrate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
  
• Install and adjust tools, jigs, and fixtures for production.
  
• Adjust offsets and parameters to maintain precision.
  
• Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary corrections.
  
• Train machine operators on handling and troubleshooting.
  

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of G-code & M-code programming.
  
• Experience in CNC machine operation and troubleshooting.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
  
• Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
