Nothing. Absolutely nothing! People who have given 5 star ratings are either lying or are bots.

...ing careers and lives - Indecent, immoral and inhumane behaviour by leadership - They fool people by hiring them for massive salary hikes and then randomly fire them within 3 months stating redundancy removal as a reason. - HR (Chief of staff) will LIE to you during the interview that they will never fire you/have any layoffs, that it's a hybrid working model, that you are being hired for a very important role to contribute to the company growth - You can only work from home once a week (and they can use that as a reason for firing you), they will extract work from you and then fire you as soon as they have whatever they need. - CTO is one of the most disrespectful person I've ever seen - He'll randomly start shouting at people during calls on a public forum without any consideration for anyone. Leadership is fighting for higher positions amongst themselves. - 30 out of 130 people were fired on a single day without any heads up. No one saw it coming, and the reason stated was absolute BS. - No major projects - all projects are either demos or on hold. They don't have money to retain people but will hire new people for 70-80% hikes. Would NEVER recommend this organization to anyone I know.

... the things are bad. HR people are just horrible they never respond to anything. Salary comes late. The CTO gets involved in Daily Scrums and the people try to impress him on calls. Everyone directly connects with him even if there is hierarchy. The CTO does not know how to manage people. Have come to know Project Manager only work for 1-2 months in average. There is no proper KT given to any new joiner and they expect us to give the same when we are leaving to the new joiner.

if u are reporting to top management directly, u could get fired due to office politics. firing people is pretty normal here, around 5% of workforce was fired infront of me in 2 months, hiring and firing is an ongoing process. low chances of this company surving more than 10 years (personal opinion). didn't have experience on tech stack being used here... no training was given for the technologies, by the time got used to it, got fired for performance.

To be very honest for me Vamstar is an organisation where no one wants to work because of the culture they just treat employee as throw and take within months you would be out of the company

noting much to like. just an average startup

Dislikes

highly toxic work culture. Every month atleast 1 or more people get fired for no good reason. Unprofessional atmosphere. New hires be ware, they do hiring spree to justify funding from investors and then dump the employees withjn 6 months of completing the funding round. It happened in 2022. Will surely happen again.
