Poorly run organisation and disorganised work culture. Employees are hired for short term and fired or layoff for no reason . Chief of staff is a big joke, who was fired too😀. The root cause for all this is the CTO who is a control freak , poor communicator and with no moral. Why would they hire and downsize , something fishy may be happening.

I like the business model and the way business teams are onboarded. The customised training programme that they have is awesome. The department is recently been set up. They way employees are taken care of; heard and handled is very nice. I think this company is a perfect blend of career and emotions.

noting much to like. just an average startup

highly toxic work culture. Every month atleast 1 or more people get fired for no good reason. Unprofessional atmosphere. New hires be ware, they do hiring spree to justify funding from investors and then dump the employees withjn 6 months of completing the funding round. It happened in 2022. Will surely happen again.

1. Never ever seen this much humble people like CTOs and CEO. Even though they are at least 20 years experienced in their expertise still even any new joiner gives feedback/shares his problem, they really listen to it and mostly work on it too. 2. I have been part of this organization for more than 2.5 years now and trust me, peoplewho are giving bad reviews never really wanted to work, they only wanted salary nothing else. 3. I joined here as a fresher, and after 2.5 years I definitely see me growing here not like my other batchmates stuck in MNC and doing nothing and getting paid.
