There is literally nothing to like about the company. Their values are completely arbitrary, and their product is unprofitable.

1. The corporate culture is extremely toxic. The co-founders and the VPs are fighting over egos. 2. They don't have a defined process, their product is in trouble, and they brag about potential clients who don't give a damn about working with them. 3. The product CTO and the HR (chief of staff) are the company's biggest letdowns. These people's promises should not be taken seriously. 4. Almost every month, there is a layoff session in which 5-10% of the workforce is reduced. Despite this, their expectations and deadlines from developers and managers are extremely strict. 5. They only care about showing off the opulence of the company's WeWork location to investors. 6. They offer outrageous incentives to just lure the new employees while failing to retain existing employees. 7. The company's goals and visions are completely unrealistic. 8. The behaviour of the senior executives at this company is really unethical and unprofessional. Especially the HR (Chief of staff). 9. In November, 30 out of 130 people were fired without warning on a single day. Nobody saw it coming, and the reason given was complete nonsense. 10. They have no major projects. Poorly run organisation and disorganised work culture. Employees are hired for short term and fired or layoff for no reason . Chief of staff is a big joke, who was fired too😀. The root cause for all this is the CTO who is a control freak , poor communicator and with no moral. Why would they hire and downsize , something fishy may be happening.

1. Never ever seen this much humble people like CTOs and CEO. Even though they are at least 20 years experienced in their expertise still even any new joiner gives feedback/shares his problem, they really listen to it and mostly work on it too. 2. I have been part of this organization for more than 2.5 years now and trust me, peoplewho are giving bad reviews never really wanted to work, they only wanted salary nothing else. 3. I joined here as a fresher, and after 2.5 years I definitely see me growing here not like my other batchmates stuck in MNC and doing nothing and getting paid. Job Instability - company fires most of new recruits before their probation period ends without paying them salaries. Bad Management - Short tempered developers now working in management team (CTO/Engineering Manager) , with no management skills but bossy attitude. Social Media monitoring - CTO monitors social media accounts and send fake requests.

highly toxic work culture. Every month atleast 1 or more people get fired for no good reason. Unprofessional atmosphere. New hires be ware, they do hiring spree to justify funding from investors and then dump the employees withjn 6 months of completing the funding round. It happened in 2022. Will surely happen again.

I like the business model and the way business teams are onboarded. The customised training programme that they have is awesome. The department is recently been set up. They way employees are taken care of; heard and handled is very nice. I think this company is a perfect blend of career and emotions.

Well nothing good about the company. Better not to join. One may like it during first 15 days, but on 16th you may be fired. Highly unstable job, I was promised a lot of things when I joined, only to find out myself and others in middle of job market after 2-3 weeks without any notice. Several people joined before me, and several after me, but employees here are treated as goods in a shop, buy them, use them, throw them - at the will of owner CTO. Read about previous companies, you will find even more about them. Most employees know everything, but don't say anything. Don't be fooled by the salaries, they are just baits to fish you up for short durations, whether you are developer, qa or manager..
