compensation needs to be relooked at. only if you are leaving ,management will decide to give you compensation at par with industry.but we have a bi annual appraisal which is good

Job Security and compensation are the factors which concerned little bit. Also company needs to work to improve travel opportunity.

Yes I like working in Valuelabs but not happy with the career growth. Salary, appraisal, learning, work environment is good. Innivation will be not be implemented but we can learn and innovate ourselves. Not much learning opportunities provided. Politics were also included.

The company's work environment is good. The company provides food and transport which makes you feel like you are at home.

Dislikes

The salary is low when compared to the work assigned. The appraisals are too poor. However, the most important thing this organization lacks is the concept of cross trainings. The management starts staring at you if they find you discussing about work from the other team.
