Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Dislikes

...for Devops related jobs. If working mainly on Testing/web development it's good. Too much Fixed salary and so more income tax deduction.

Lot of project managers has been more than 15 years of experience at same Company.They don't know how to behave with employees. They do favor whom they want irrespective of employee recognization.

Nothing much..positive thing is they give 2 month's notice while termination and pay the salary.

No scope for learning new things,manager chamchas will get onsite opportunities.once you are on bench you have to resign.
