Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Nothing much..positive thing is they give 2 month's notice while termination and pay the salary.

Dislikes

No scope for learning new things,manager chamchas will get onsite opportunities.once you are on bench you have to resign.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
