RSUs company keep with it till one year and before that only most employees are either fired or asked to voluntarily resign otherwise they will provide termination letter No support in case of medical emergency. No humanitarian principles follow. 1. All that you work is only on ServiceNow platform. There will be nothing you will learn that will be useful for your career outside ServiceNow. 2. One will get a lot of leaves on paper, but you will not feel like taking them, bcz you will have lot of responsibilities that you have to carry though you're on leave, sometimes you will be asked to connect by your manager. On average a person takes about 8 to 10 maximum, while all other 15 to 20 leaves expire at the end of the year. You will be encouraged by your manager to take leaves 2 times in a year, that too for the sake of "I encouraged my resources". 3. Managers sets unrealistic expectations, and push employees into rat race of promotions. 4. Very bad work-life balance

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
