They provide good salary pay

Dislikes

Their bench system HR management Project selection Project interview Unnecessarily asking employee for the multiple interview by client and rejecting them with any nonsense reason No future projection for the employee HR's are not aware about the process and they don't response quickly to your questions. short term projects and for every time you have to go through multiple rounds of interview. Not suitable for techie, you will struggle for the work.

Likes

Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Dislikes

...for Devops related jobs. If working mainly on Testing/web development it's good. Too much Fixed salary and so more income tax deduction.

Recently they have started Variable pay component in salary which is not good. Variable pay they offered is 1 Lakh but hardly we don't get atleast half of the amount....Only drawback I found 🙃

1. Company politics 2. Management take steps back from employees when they need their support and management have terrible discussion making. They make you agree to work on unassigned project and if something happens they back off and will say it’s all employees fault. 3. There is no up-skill courses

The team and managers are pretty encouraging and very welcoming to the newly joined employees. My manager in particular encouraged me and supported me in anything and everything I did.

Dislikes

...gies and it's difficult to switch to other projects that use newer technologies. And there isn't much increase in pay for some employees.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
