Internal opportunities, performance review every 6months, WFH

Dislikes

Too much senior drama, extra responsibilities other than agreed, high expectations which leads to extra work hours without pay, don't work if it is for single parent. As usual if you don't play politics card, you are dead. Else work like a dog not as human.

Likes

1)Pay is decent so do work as well. (One person in each project so everything mostly needs to be managed by oneself). Analyst is basically module lead position. 2) Bi-annual hikes. 3) WFH currently.

Dislikes

Leaves are less. No carry forward or leave encashment. No proper townhall with CEO. Top manager are mostly from non tech background who are working from 15+ years so it's difficult to make them understand. Appraisal is poor this time.

lot of scope to grow but depends on specific teams

compensation needs to be relooked at. only if you are leaving ,management will decide to give you compensation at par with industry.but we have a bi annual appraisal which is good

...any culture is also great, people here are helpful & of growth oriented mindset. Salary is also great also the annual increment brings smile with a good percentage figure.

Dislikes

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.

they gave appraisal in every 6 month but nothing to like about it as they dont bother to give salary for their employees.

Dislikes

there is a huge list of dislikes which I can mention up here: they dont believe in giving monthly salary they holds the salary every 3-4 months and then release for only 2 months or 3 months that still shows the hold for one month and folllowed by other months. the working culture is worst, they behave like some lala company full politics, no skill enhancement. they use one employee for all the work for all other departments but they are not ready to pay on time or a monthly salary. there is no proper login logout hours, if you login at 8-9-10-11 am doesnt matter you have to work till 11 or 11.30pm at night. there is no weekend for valuelabs employee there managers can anytime ask to work on reports for them. there are zero values and ethics in this company,,, I recommend everyone not to join this at any cost, they can bribe you with good package,,,but what is the use if you are not going to get this salary for many months. there is no work life balance, no mental peace, no salary on time. NOTE: IF YOU ARE SINGLE EARNER IN YOUR FAMILY DONT EVEN THINK OF JOIN THIS COMPANY WHICH DONT BELIEVE IN PAYING SALARY ON MONTHLY BASIS.
