50% will be cover for certification if you want do any certification T&C(you can't leave company before 12 months or else you need to give it back that money. No coupon, write a certificate if pass then submit certificate and take money and if you didn't pass in first attempt then you can't get 50% also).
No carrier growth as if you want to switch to another other project even if you well experience with that technology you can't , managers can't doing anything because they don't have anything in there hand.
Can't get hands-on new skills if you working for other technology as don't push you proactively for that, mails to showcase only we care for employees nothing much.
Work-life balance depends on project to project.
1)Pay is decent so do work as well.
(One person in each project so everything mostly needs to be managed by oneself).
Analyst is basically module lead position.
2) Bi-annual hikes.
3) WFH currently.
Leaves are less.
No carry forward or leave encashment.
No proper townhall with CEO.
Top manager are mostly from non tech background who are working from 15+ years so it's difficult to make them understand.

Managers will sacrifice employee welfare over pretty profit.
You will not be recognized until you keep your recognition.
Salary on time. Service based company and whatever client project client also good and they appreciate our work but company management will never appreciate our work. Appraisal based on our performance.
Local people doing partiality. Basically outside State people faced this kind of issues. On boarding is not good and not given to training to new joinees.
No job security.
have to work on a single project as hiring happens project basis.
Learning new technology opportunities are very less.
No tax saving scheme.
No additional perks apart from CTC
Medical Insurance plan is poor
Managers will push you to work on weekends if there is urgent release even though you are on planned leave.
Need to serve notice period of 3 months even though you are released from project which is frustrating if anyone gets new opportunities being on bench.
