compensation needs to be relooked at. only if you are leaving ,management will decide to give you compensation at par with industry.but we have a bi annual appraisal which is good

Work Life Balance was good. Compensation was good. The provide free food to employees, probably a selling point for bachelors trying to save money.

Dislikes

Work culture isn't great. Yes Sir culture prevails. No perks, bad health benefits. Work is mostly on dated technologies. Very little to no scope to learn.

Likes

Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Dislikes

...for Devops related jobs. If working mainly on Testing/web development it's good. Too much Fixed salary and so more income tax deduction.

Recently they have started Variable pay component in salary which is not good. Variable pay they offered is 1 Lakh but hardly we don't get atleast half of the amount....Only drawback I found 🙃

1. Company politics 2. Management take steps back from employees when they need their support and management have terrible discussion making. They make you agree to work on unassigned project and if something happens they back off and will say it’s all employees fault. 3. There is no up-skill courses
