New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

- Salary is approx 2 Month Delay. - CEO can come from back anytime to check all your tabs to check what exactly are you doing. You can not even study during office time. - HR in this company don't even know how to deal with Human Resource. - CEO have no manner to talk to employees. He anytime can use abusive language and start shouting on people in office premises. - Huge Micromanagement - NO leave policy anytime HR can cancel or reject your leave request even if you have applied a month ago. Worst company in my whole career of 10+ years

everything. All seniors left office without reliving certificate. Even CTO, VP , managers and Senior developers level left organization due to non payment of salary issue and/or abusive language of CEO/Directors. No one knows how to deal with people. They think that everyone is thief. All day abusing people even after taking work for 10 - 12 Hours a day.
