Nothing just may be good if provided good hike to the less salary people bcoz a person with salary 20 lakh having 8% hike and a person with having 6 lakh with 8% making no sense for second person

Dislikes

Management is not transparent. Never know about the project. No proper technical people on architect label. Client requirement never clear. Leader don't communicate to client once they get project, Thats why project comes and do not sustain longer specially in mobile domain. Every one is behaving like lead engineer even if they are fresher.
