...in long delays 4-5 months with little to no communication from the company side. There is no company policy regarding salary hike or job security. While the company has a 30day notice period. If the client project ends, they can release you on the same day without providing any extension or preparation time for finding a new project project, there is no bench period or support to help employee transition to another client. Leaving you without any safety net if a project end abruptly. Worst experience from teksystem.. I would recommend, do not join this company. Even they provide 5 or 10 lakhs more than other company, but your job is not secure here. So please please please do not join the TEK System. Whatever positive reviews provided on the Google reviews or glass door, ambition box, all positive reviews are fake, fooled and they have intentionally force employed to add the revirews at the time of joining.

...ch ) Interview process was very smooth and All kinds of help they will provide interm of compensation is also good and CTC distribution like components are also well structured . after completion interview process they also taken feedback from candidate like he is satisfy or not

No fixed timing for work, do your job, go home. Chill work environment. Nice Supportive Knowledgeble Folks on the floor. Games, Sports & Events.

Hidden Taxes & Charges that won't be mentioned on your Salary Slip. Often overtime work with no recognition.

Somewhat flat hierarchy. Less politics. Job security Most people are good and will help/guide you a lot. Health care. Have fitness programs. Reimburse for gym.

Dislikes

Salary is less as compared to the other companies in the same domain. Less hike. Politics and buttering has increased in the past few years and this will only increase with time. Upper management has poor communication. They schedule town hall meetings but never give proper information. No appreciation to the employees who actually work hard.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. That's why I like this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees. Overall good but some little problems.
