No cab service. 5. Unprofessional managers don't know how to speak decently. 6. No job security. You can be asked to search outside anyytime.

Colleagues are very supportive but CEO and manager are worst.

...ther by fake of owners itself or forced to employees. There is no job security They fool you Every time when you ask for salary like are bankrupt. Can Fire you anytime and it doesn't matter whether you perform better. There is nothing good about this company.

1. Joining this company gives you motivation to study for a better company. 2. This is the absolute bottom. Any other company can't be worse. You are prepared for everything else now. 3. You are not unemployed anymore. Yay!!! That's it folks. Prepare yourself to read the cons now.

...when you as ask for cab service. Does not know how to treat female employees. 6. Wastage of money: They can't pay salary on time, but they pop lakhs of champagne on a single night for celebrating their mediocrity.

Uncountable number of cons. The CEO is such a useless guy who sits in all possible client meetings but has no idea either about tech or about testing all he do is share useless youtube videos and articles and asks them to read. Managers are just lickers of CEO. Few guys are very talented but alas there talent is going in vain.

Valiance provides us vast amount of opportunites to explore different tech stacks... I have been working as Full time employee with Valiance for over 2.5+ yrs now.. Company provided me different opportunities to grow as a developer like I started on React Native, then worked on Python, Django, GoLang and also AWS. Company encourages and sponsers in different certifications across cloud as well.
