It's a shame when someone has worked in the company for half a decade but don't have anything good to say professionally. That should give you a gist of how terrible the work environment is behind closed doors. It used be better when the Board of directors and the owner were involved in decision making and policy implementation in the olden days, ever since the things are left to the management things started to deteriorate. It is true the people don't leave the company they leave the manager and in this case the "management". They implement fast paced changes with uncooked policies and an extremely sloppy execution and the front line staff it left to deal with it on their own.

Fun and playing activity. Salary comes on time.

Project and task assignment not good, company is allow 5 day working but some time they say to work on saturday. political stratagy. 5% fix appraisal yearly only. When you leave company, they deduct large amount from FNF amount on basis of tax and some hidden rules.

...er learning, only learning will be about jewellery and out dated technologies. Additionally company do not have capability to pay you as par with market standards. Most of people are less educated, selling old merchandise from past 8 years .

I liked the team and work environment, everybody wants to help you. If you are smart worker then definitely you will grow.

Dislikes

Salary is not up to mark, they pay less as per your education and experience. There is no job security.
