...out their employee. They think they own them. So many work load to all employee. No salary in time. Some time no week of due to work load. This happens every month. Examples, every week you have a week off. But in v2 retail the manager can cancel your week off and force you to work. By the way manger take their off timely.if you tell about your off then manager will shout at you and force you to resign. So many office politics. Top management OF V2 RETAIL make youtube video about their success story. But cant see the pain of their employee. They thik their employees are their pet animal.You have to do overtime every day. If you are paying some emi. Then don't think to join.when you join they tell salary will come 3rd of month. But it will goes up to 8th or 9th.they don't cosider their LOBM(Sales man) as human.every time they threaten by manager to fire from job. Some time they cant get thei weekoff. In a month they may be get 1 or 2 off or may be 0.According to work load.If their is god i pray please give justice to this company worker. This company owner give interview to say his success story. He forget his human value after find success. He have zero simathy against his lower class employee. I would give -1000 rating if available

Dislikes

... you have to come for night shift and they can ask you to do day work same time. A season comes that is known as Doli season( Terminate from Job) at the time of every appraisal, Bonus and Etc.

Salary has come on time in v2 retail which is a very good thing.

Dislikes

V2 The work culture of the V2 retail company is very poor, there is no way to talk to the seniors here, company has not given any guarantee of your job security here, you will be fired without any reason for talking here. No method, no work culture here, no work ethic here.(Just like baniya ki dukaan.)

They force employee to rate 5 star other wise they hold salary or fire them. Manshu Tandon the CEO making good fool to owner by dining unnecessary reviews and sometimes also fire the employees to make owner happy. I BET OUTSIDE V2 retail he will not get any job. Manshu is also ganwar boorish only do irrelevant work He do nothing for business growth

manshu Tandon CEO can fire you any time. Also he know that he will also not get any job outside V2. So he make his way clear by firing good employees He will not respect your work for making there name they can fire you any time.
