All the things to dislike , everyday dept are switched and people,before one settles in to their they are switched to different department. Also their is huge family influence in the business no training is provided in the company. You also must think that it might be your last day whenever you enter the office. The company lacks management to its peak.

No one should go for this company. If you want to take any initiative, it is not possible here because the CMD is the sole authority over here who takes all decisions. Not suitable for south Indians at all because no work happens in english at all. Proper tools for analysis are not used and people simply sit and look at excel sheet line by line and find issues in one or two lines and waste whole day on that. The top management is reluctant to migrate to cloud or buy official subscription of latest technologies and is still working on outdated excel sheets that too not in microsoft 365.
