Only thing I like is no late working. Other than that there is nothing good here.

Dislikes

Lots of politics. No recognition. Very rate promotion. They deduct 15% as variable pay but never pay. Annual Salary hike only in single digits below 7%. Promotion is a dream. There are people working for 15 years without promotion. Only local people stay here as there is no career growth. They don't upgrade to use new technology but ver happy to face issues and continue to use very old methodology. If you don't co-op, you will for sure get mentally disturbed.

V-guard company is vey good I have always enjoyed working in this company and everyone is supportive. All the products of v-guard are good and the retailer is also happy to sell these products because the product quality is well made.

Dislikes

... for paying the asked salary for people who are recruited from other companies. CTC is a mith, variable pay is included in the CTC so that no one will receive the full amount of variable pay. Employees working on similar projects will be having different pay level which even cannot be compared HR is good for nothing.

Facing difficulty to increase / revise the salary of old staff above a normal limit. But no limitation to fix salary for newly hiring one.

There is a gap of more than 1.5 year between my joining and the previous safety manager and I too left the organisation in 6 months. There are lot of dislikes 1. Zero employee benifits. 2. No openness to work 3. Policy varies from person to person. 4 There is no actual path for organization, no one takes the responsibility. 5. If u r 1 min late then u need to apply leave. Don't go on the rating as this company is kerla based and all the top rating which is given are from south employee

Work-life balance is perfect. The company culture is good. Knowledge gaining is good. Can learn more and more things. There is a high opportunity here.

Dislikes

Growth in this company is too slow. Moving to the next level is negligible. Remuneration or salary paid too low, in terms of experience. Increments are poor.
