...d work from home but Timing is not fix. Almost we work around 11 to 12 hr daily. Due to Unblanace culture we face problem of Salary also. Salary deducted upto 25% but work load is increases.

...I am sure he will not support. They only want work will complete on time anyhow. I get Salary is on time but in 2 year I get only one appraisal.

I am working as onsite software support engineer. Team mates are helpful through remote only . We have chance to learn technology easily. Technology that you are learning based on your site. We can capture knowledge under pressure.

There is no future as an onsite support engineer in the case of career and salary If you are not upgraded. Otherwise company not consider as regular employee. They will not provide proper training onsite support staff. But your job will secure for at least 3 years.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.

Colleague agree with anything that is presented, but then when a problem occurs say 'I knew it will not work'.
