Let sitting in the Branch everyday I left branch almost 11PM in the night, and no holiday(on festivals also), no work life balance, reporting manager is not supportive .

don't pay travel allowance which was promised. you are to work on holidays. toxic and demean you among colleagues, abusive language used and self esteem brought down. have made many cry and leave the job. the office politics, asking money when you are even 1 minute late. spiteful and no believing of you by management.
