State Politics. Prefer Malyali People. Fighting for getting the project as well as. It is a consultancy.

Nothing much except initial pay is good.

Movement to client is very difficult. There is so much politics and work culture is so bad. There is definitely a bias against non-malyali's . Management always favors malayali for everything . Can't even take a sick leave without giving proof.

very low salary. We are deployed for a client(DELL).It is just a payroll company trying to act as an MNC. A 5% hike is standard. No matter how hard you work, everyone is the same.

...nch policy in UST GLOBAL is really very clear and suitable for the employee. The variable pay out is also another positive thing at UST GLOBAL.

Unnecessary politics . Less opportunities in terms of projects and only few clients. Few managers think themselves as God..and a common dialogue ,I am not happy with you .. still I would suggest UST a better place to work..as not all the Managers are like that stupid one..

Everything is good except their Variable pay policy.

Their Variable Pay Policy - you will have to work 1 year and 6 months to get 1 year Variable pay(off course with deduction) , if you are leaving before 1 year and 6 months you will lose all your money. in any condition you will lose 6 months VP minimum and max 1 year 5 month's VP.
