... very good MNC, they have many good projects and will provide affordable salary. So I have asked them to revise my package also they gave me very good package. So i joined here and I felt that onboarding and induction process were MNC standard. Company visibility is very low that's why many of them not aware this company. As per the project which I was allocated all my teammates are very friendly and they have more experienced. I have started learning more technologies. As i have joined newly i don't know about appraisal, onsite opportunity, other employee benefits.

Dislikes

Not only in UST when employees are joining virtually if they having trouble to reach respective team for their problems and sort it out is getting frustrated. Addressing solutions for employee is too delayed. This review will be changeable depends on upcoming days

* Well Work life balance * Good pay and hikes * multiple clients and project * good company expansion and clients expansion - recently occupied new space in hyderabad with decent facilities * Friendly manager and management * Participates in social activities and helpful to employees when there is need - like medical emergency * Internal event organised to encourage employees * encourages to participate in skill up programs

Dislikes

* Can try to accomodate transportation for employees * can provide better pay raise * can do better in encouraging health by providing reimbursement

Have flexible environment to work. Also the managers are very flexible enough to support on anything.

Dislikes

...s very poor. They wont consider the existing employees who work in UST for long. Instead laterals are offered with very high package. UST doesnt have authority on any clients. We do what client says.

--Not much, only thing is you get regular salary. --Though late, you will get Variable Pay.

...raible pay, for first half (January - June) of the year in the month of October. Second half variable pay you get only in the month of April. --No reason will be given for your sacking.

1) Projects are hard to find 2) No explicit trainings by the company so every candidate can get placed in project 3) Training to be self sponsored by candidate 4) Not women friendly as it claims example need to report to office as per policy registration regardless of transport and personal limitations 5) Transport allowance not provided 6) Asks to relocate to Trivandrum for retaining job else forces to quit the company
