Compensation is really bad sometimes nothing, no growth. the work pressure is very very high. so much of internal politics. Managers do not value any individuals.no proper appraisals. no proper job training.

It was very bad work in UST, The management do not pay attention about hikes or promotions of employees, I never got promoted in 5 years. And I had been mentally harassed by my last manager Mr. Prakash in innovation department.

1. Work Culture was very poor. 2. Expectations were to work 24*7 literally. 3. No promotion or hike in 5 years. 4. Got mentally harassed by last manager.

UST has helped me grow as professional and I am greatful for that.

The only disappointing factor would be the compensation, that too for the internal account is unfortunately not even upto industry standard

An amazing work culture with great leaders and management team also the project team members and the leads. The resource management team also helps a lot to get new opportunities and technologies.

Hikes in salary is very very low

Company provides a good working environment. Having job security. Company provides lots of opportunities to learn new things and technologies, Helpful and motivating team members. Overall a good place to start and build your career.
