1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

...n the spot and this is happening with permanent employee , that is very strange. Just providing one month salary. Very very disappointing experience. Company directly asking to employee to resign who is working with them since more than a year. They give promotions but no/ minimum salary hike . If you any other good offer go with that one

- Work culture - Shift timings - No support from managers/HRs - Leave policy (1 leave in each month) - ID card/access card seat allocation need to request them and chase them on regular basis no one is replying and supporting. - They don't care about employee they just need business and client. If you have any other offer please join there.

Working at UST is really awesome since the company is expanding and there are enormous opportunities for people with growth mindset.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are not that great. Line HR do not reach out to employees to understand if there are any gaps related to work or communication.

...of 15 min if it's morethan 15 min they will put mail even if work is not there . This people will not give proper salary and they will loot from us in the name of inventories, they will assign inventories in our name and they will hide it after that . And they will ask for money .
