...of 15 min if it's morethan 15 min they will put mail even if work is not there . This people will not give proper salary and they will loot from us in the name of inventories, they will assign inventories in our name and they will hide it after that . And they will ask for money .

Work culture is very worst. They don't think about your life. They only think about their money because they are getting 10 times pay what they are paying theirs employees. 1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.
